Gimek Zrt signed a lease on 9,380 sqm at Rozália Park in Biatorbágy. The company is a manufacturer of air conditioning and air treatment systems. Rozália Park offers a total of 57,000 sqm of leasable industrial area. JLL was the exclusive representative of the landlord, Challenger Holding, while Colliers international represented Gimek Zrt during the transaction process.
