Gindi Group is partnering with Real-Sol to develop GViTown, a residential complex in Bucharestβs Mihai Bravu district. the scheme will offer 324 apartments in four phases. The first phase of the project will include 81 two-bedroom apartments and studios. Prices will start at β¬50,999. Completion is set for spring 2016.
Gindi Group unveiled plans to build GViTown in 2009, but the financial crisis forced the company to put the project on hold for six years.
