GL Rogers & Company has picked up two hotels totaling 158 rooms in Freeport and Waterville, Maine for a combined price of $16.933 million. The first property, the Hampton Inn Freeport, is located at 194 Lower Main Street and features 77 guest rooms, a business center, fitness room and an indoor pool. The second transaction, the Hampton Inn Waterville, is positioned at 425 Kennedy Memorial Drive. The 81 room hotel was completed in 2001. GL Rogers & Company has retained Maine Course Hospitality Group for the management of both hotel locations.
