Pharmaceutical company Glenmark Pharmaceuticals is moving its Warsaw office to Mokotów. The company’s new headquarters will be Moje Miejsce II, an office building that is part of a mixed-use development completed by Echo Investment.
Glenmark Pharmaceuticals is a global pharmaceutical company that bases its growth on research. The company has a significant share of “branded generics” drug markets in developing countries, including India, and represents a strong and fast-growing generic business in the United States. The company currently employs about 13,500 people, sells products in more than 80 countries worldwide, and has offices in 30 countries. Glenmark has five research and development centers and five of its own manufacturing facilities in India, the Czech Republic and Brazil. In 2020. Glenmark ranked 13th in the global, prestigious Dow Jones Sustainability Emerging Markets Index, thereby ranking among the top international pharmaceutical companies.

Moje Miejsce is another multifunctional urban development completed by Echo Investment in Warsaw’s Lower Mokotów district. On a plot of land at the intersection of Beethoven, Witos, Dziekoński and Aigner streets, the developer has created an urban quarter that combines two office buildings, five intimate residential buildings, service outlets and green, open common space.

The first office building with a set of tenants was sold in October 2021. Echo Investment is finalizing the commercialization of the second phase of the development.
