14 July 2016

Following the acquisition of Warsaw’s Zaułek Piękna office building, GLL Real Estate appointed BNP Paribas an exclusive manager for the property. As reported by CIJ exclusively, the transaction was worth about €45m. The seller was the fund Invesco. Built in 2005 by Ghelamco Poland in Warsaw’s CBD, the 8,860 sqm building is fully leased to tenants like Mazars, Pekao Bank, Sony and Bang & Olufsen. JLL advised the vendor. This is the latest GLL contract secured by BNP Paribas, following the massive acquisitions of Poland’s two Amazon warehouses in Poznań and Wrołcaw.
