German investment fund GLL Real Estate Partners is in the process of acquiring Floreasca Park from Portland Trust, which delivered the Bucharest office scheme in 2013. The two sides have not revealed the final price for the transaction.
Floreasca Park offers 37,500 sqm of space. Its main tenants include Oracle, Allianz, Kellogg’s, BASF and Kalon.
Led by Robert Neale, Portland Trust’s Romanian portfolio of completed projects includes Opera Center, Bucharest Business Park and Floreasca 169A. Generali controls a 19-percent stake in GLL Real Estate Partners, writes Ziarul Financiar, adding that the fund owns Charles de Gaulle Plaza and Palazzo Italia in Bucharest.
