Global Vision, owned by the Romanian investor Sorin Preda, is planning to develop a 550,000 sqm industrial project in Constanta. The developer intends to invest €200m into the project, which will go up in phases over six years, according to local news reports. Each phase will add between 70,000 sqm to 80,000 sqm of mixed-use facilities to the 100 ha site, which Global Vision purchased last year near the city’s port. The developer is hoping to bring in an investment partner. Globalworth is a strong possibility, according to news reports. The twop companies have teamed up before. Global Vision developed the Globalworth-owned Timisoara Airport Park.
