Global Vision will develop a logistics project near Henri Coanda International Airport in Bucharest. The scheme will offer 13,520 sqm of space in two warehouses. Bucharest Airport Park will go up on a 35,000 sqm land parcel, which Global Vision purchased last year in a deal worth more than €5m.
“The pandemic has accelerated some already foreshadowed trends, namely the appetite for online shopping, which has increased substantially during this period. Indeed, a consumer dependence has been created on this way of purchasing. We therefore believe in increasing e-commerce and translating this effect into demand for logistics and storage space,” said Sorin Preda, CEO of Global Vision.
