Globalworth broke ground on an office building on Gara Herastrau street in Bucharest. The scheme will offer 12,000 sqm of leasable space. It is being developed on a 2,434 sqm plot that Globalworth bought last year for ā¬4m from the Italian group Nusco.
The building is going up near Green Court Building āAā and is 200 meters from Bucharest One. Construction is scheduled for completion in 2016.
