Globalworth has acquired the second building at Skanska Property’s office project Green Court. The building covers 18,000 sqm and its price could reach about €40m, according to economica.net.
Construction was completed in September this year and the investment amounted to €33m. Located in Bucharest, the building was already 72 percent leased, with a tenant list that includes Carrefour Romania, Sanofi, Colgate Palmolive Romania, Adecco Romania and RINF Outsourcing Solutions.
The first building at Green Court project was also acquired also by Globalworth.
