23 June 2014

Globalworth Real Estate Investments, controlled by Ioannis Papalekas, recently acquired 30,000 sqm of land in Bucharest for €14.3m, which it plans to develop into more office space. The land, located near the Pipera subway station, was purchased from Farmexim and is located near Globalworth’s BOB and BOC office buildings and its Upground residential project. Much of the space is leased to large national and international companies, making the area one of the biggest business hubs in Romania.
