22 February 2017

Globalworth Real Estate Investments has signed an agreement for the acquisition of a modern warehouse facility which is fully leased to Dacia on a long-term basis. The facility is located 100 km west of Bucharest near the Bucharest-Pitesti highway, an important industrial corridor in Romania which is 28 km from Dacia’s main plant in Mioveni. The 68,000 sqm building is one of the largest spare parts distribution centers that Renault Group operates outside of France. The transaction value is roughly €42.5m. Before the transaction can close, it will require clearance from the Romanian Competition Council and approval from the building’s existing lender.
