Romania’s competition council officially approved Globalworth Real Estate Investments’ acquisition of the UniCredit Tiriac Bank headquarters in Bucharest. Globalworth will buy the building from the construction company Bog’Art, which is controlled by Raul Doicescu, in a transaction worth of €43m. The acquisition was originally announced in March. The UniCredit building offers 14,000 sqm of leasable space over 14 floors. The building generrates generates €3.9m in revenues per year.
