Globalworth is developing a logistics park in Chitila, northwest of Bucharest, in partnership with Global Vision. The 77,000 sqm investment is valued at €35.5m. Global Logistics Chitila will go up in several phases on a 136,000 sqm plot, with easy access to the A1 and DN7 motorways and the Bucharest ring road. The first 20,000 sqm of space is scheduled for delivery in the first quarter of next year.
