Globalworth Real Estate Investments Limited has finalized its acquisition of Green Court Bucharest’s Building C in a transaction worth €38m. Globalworth is now the sole owner of the complex, which was developed by Skanska. The property, located in the capital’s Barbu Vacaescu-Floreasca area, includes three class A office buildings that each have a LEED Gold certificate. Green Court Bucharest offers a total of 54,300 sqm. Building C covers 16,300 sqm and is leased almost entirely to tenants like Merck, ABB, Orange and General Motors.
