In a €42m deal, Globalworth, controlled by businessman Ioannis Papalekas, finalized the acquisition of the first building at Green Court Bucharest, developed by Skanska.
The first building developed at Green Court Bucharest offers 19,500 sqm of space. It was completed last October. The building is currently 91 percent leased to Orange and Schneider Electric.
