Globalworth will oversee property management for four of its properties in Poland, including Lumen and Skylight in Warsaw, West Gate in Wrocław, A4 Business Park in Katowice and Tryton Business House in Gdańsk. Since entering the market, Globalworth has gradually internalized the property management of a series of buildings and now directly handles 250,000 sqm, which constitutes almost 60 percent of its portfolio in Poland.
