The value of Globalworth’s property portfolio rose 36 percent in 2018 compared to 2017, reaching €2.5bn. Geographically, the portfolio is split between Romania (51 percent) and Poland (49 percent). The size of that portfolio’s gross leasable area rose more than 250,000 sqm to 1 million sqm. Following rapid expansion in Poland and the company’s new developments in Romania, Globalworth’s net operating income (NOI) grew 160 percent to €133m.
