Globalworth’s portfolio was valued at more than €3bn at the end of last year. The company completed or announced 11 new real estate investments, totaling €613.8m, in 2019. Its portfolio grew by more than 170,000 sqm, reaching 1.2 million sqm. The occupancy rate of its properties stands at 95 percent, including tenant extension options. The developer and real estate investor took its Polish subsidiary off the Warsaw Stock Exchange for a total of €216.1m.
