Globalworth has secured a €46m loan from Banca Comerciala Romana (BCR) to develop the Renault Bucharest Connected office project. The property will be the future headquarters of Groupe Renault Romania. Completion is scheduled for the beginning of next year. Globalworth was assisted in finalizing the transaction by the the NNDKP law firm, while BCR was advised by Wolf Theiss.
