Globalworth Poland Real Estate N.V. had agreed to acquire Quattro Business Park in Kraków for €139m. Quattro Business Park is an office complex comprised of five buildings offering a gross leasable area of 60,200 sqm. Tenants include Capgemini, Google and Luxoft. Globalworth has a 72 percent shareholding in Globalworth Poland, a pure-play Polish real estate platform listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
