Globalworth plans to develop an office project above the Pipera subway station in Bucharest. An investment worth approximately €14.3m, the office building will offer 35,000 sqm of leasable space over 13 floors and two underground levels. Globalworth is currently developing Bucharest One, an office building located near the Promenada shopping center. The company also recently acquired land near the BOB and Upground buildings in the capital.
