Last year, Globalworth an investor, owner and manager of office and mixed-use properties in Central and Eastern Europe, signing leases in Poland totaling 87,500 sqm. This very good result is made up of new office and mixed-use agreements, extensions of existing contracts, and increases in leased space by tenants.

“Last year was one of the most difficult, not only for our industry, but this gave an additional goal to end it with very good results, despite unfavorable conditions. This makes us feel all the more gratified that we rose to the challenges. This is the result of the hard work of our asset and leasing managers, engineers, lawyers, managers and all the other Globalworth Poland teams, as well as the effect of the exceptional range of our properties, which include facilities distinguished by central locations, excellent access to public transportation and high-standard spaces that, thanks to continuous upgrades or renovations, successfully compete with the latest development projects. The highest quality of our building-related services, largely provided directly by Globalworth, and our proactive attitude towards tenants, to whom we offered flexible solutions adapted to current market challenges, were also not without influence. As we are not only the owner, but also the manager of all our properties, we were able to be even closer to the tenants and, most importantly, respond quickly and effectively to their needs,” says Artur Apostol, Managing Director – Real Estate Operations Poland at Globalworth.

Among the companies that decided to continue their cooperation with Globalworth in Poland in 2022 were Haitong Group (1,200 sqm) and ASB Poland (1,900 sqm) in the Skylight & Lumen complex in Warsaw, and EcoVadis (1,900 sqm) in Warsaw’s Spektrum Tower.
