GMT to sell resi project to Slovak city

8 February 2017

GMT Development is planning to complete the Na trojke residential complex in Prešov, Slovakia, before the end of the year. Instead of launching sales, the developer intends to sell the complex to the city, which will rent out the units. Na trojke offers 105 small flats, ranging between 27 and 68 sqm, and will cost €2.8m to complete. The project is a refurbishment of a stomatology pavilion that was conceived in 1986 but never realized. The four-story 7,200 sqm dilapidated structure was taken over by Cresco Group in 2014, which sold it to local developer GMT in January 2016.
