MacKenzie Capital has hired William E. Goetschius, II and named him as its new Vice President. Goetschius will work on building existing relationships, and developing new sources of capital, products, and opportunities for its clients. With over ten years in combined capital advisory and real estate investment experience Goetschius began his real estate career as an acquisitions and asset management analyst for PRP Real Estate Investment Management in Washington, DC. Goetschius holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Management from Dickinson College and is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Young Mortgage Brokers Association of New York. “We are very fortunate to have someone with Will’s background and relationships coming on board,” stated John Black, President of MacKenzie Capital, LLC. “His diverse capital markets experience is directly aligned with the firm’s advisory platform.”
