Miami based Gold Coast Freightways has leased a 230,600 square foot distribution building in Weston. Gold Coast initially occupied half of the building located at 324 Meridian Parkway, and will now take over the entire space. The building owner, New York based Clarion Partners, has $33 billion in assets under management with more than 105 million square feet in 46 markets across the U.S., Mexico and Brazil. According to Broward County property records, Gold Coast purchased the Weston site for $12.5 million in 2004.
