Golden Group will build a new residential complex along the Montenegrin coast in Tivat in the Mazina district. Golden Group is based in Kotor. It chose Studio Synthesis Architecture & Design from Podgorica to complete the project’s design. Covering 5,442 sqm of land, the project will include six buildings and a two level parking garage. Golden Group is building 88 units, including 10 studios, 40 one-bedroom flats and 34 2-bedroom units. The garage will offer 2,765sqm of space, offering 93 parking spots. All of the buildings will have white facades in a Mediterranean style.
