Construction of a luxury residential complex called Golden Hills in Turcin near Hadzic is underway. Construction work started in the middle of 2017 and the investors claims that completion should come at the end of 2018. In all, there will be 29 villas, children playgrounds and sports areas. Until now, 9 villas have been completed and another 4 started. The complex is located on a 25,000 sqm plot of land.
The company DIDO Group, established by Turkish and Swiss investors, is the investor driving the project. Dido has a 20 year history in Switzerland and is currently planning a new residential complex in Turcin, near Golden Hills complex. New project, to be called Geneva, will feature 20 large villas that the company plans to lase rather than sell.
