Golden Star Estate has acquired Oxygen Park from Yareal in a deal brokered by BNP Paribas Real Estate. The value of the transaction was not disclosed. Located in Warsaw’s CBD on Aleje Jerozolimskie street, the building is fully leased to tenants like Grupa Wirtualna Polska, Merck, Lionbridge, Fujitsu Technologies, Sodexo and Agfa Graphics. The 18,000 sqm project has received a BREEAM certificate. JEMS Architekci provided the design, while RD Bud oversaw the construction.
