Goldman Properties has closed on the financing for a mixed-use parking facility in Miami’s Wynwood district. The $24 million loan will allow the firm to build the eight-story, 428-space parking garage at 2660 Northeast Third Avenue. The project will have approximately 20,600 sqf of retail on the ground floor along with nearly 24,000 sqf of office space on the top floor. The funding was provided by Sabadell United Bank. The garage will mark one of the first in Wynwood. Since new zoning designations were put in place in Wynwood in late 2015 encouraging more density, mixed-use and residential developments, a number of new projects have been proposed.
