GoldTree bought an office building in Duisburg from an international investment fund. The property at Masurenallee was built in 1998 and offers 29,000 sqm and 330 parking spaces. The main tenant is the transportation and logistics company DB Schenker Rail AG. The price of the deal was not disclosed. Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe and Fair Audit advised GoldTree while the vendor was advised by HauckSchuchardt. Rheinwert Immobilienconsulting brokered the deal.
