Golf International plans Tatranská Lomnica resort

28 August 2014

Golf International plans to develop a recreational complex next to the Black Stork golf course and Tatragolf apartment complex, which it operates between Velká and Tatranská Lomnica in Slovakia. The company, owned by Hutné Stavby Development, plans to take advantage of the location’s geothermal springs. The scheme will include a two-story building offering a wellness center, restaurant, swimming pool and an open-air recreational area. The EIA process is currently underway. The whole will cover 2 ha and will create 30 new jobs. The developer hopes to begin construction on the first phase of the project, worth €3m, before the end of the year. Completion of the whole complex is scheduled for 2017.
