A Fort Lauderdale-based company managed by Krishna Persaud has acquired the Golf Villas apartments in Tamarac for $16.3 million. The 166-unit complex, which includes a pool, is located at 5900 N.W. 46th Terrace and traded for just under $98,193 per unit. Built on a 9.3-acre site in 1986, the complex totals 129,120 square feet. The seller, YMP Golf Villas LLC, managed by Moshe Popack, bought the property in 2012 for $10.75 million. The deal was completed with a $14.67 million mortgage from Arbor Realty.
