Golub GetHouse took 610 sqm of offices at Warsaw Financial Centre in what was revealed to have been a six year agreement. The new tenants will move into the building at the beginning of November. Savills advised Golub in the transaction. Located at the corner of Emilia Plater and Świętokrzyska streets in Warsaw’s CBD, Warsaw Financial Center offers 50,000 sqm of commercial space. The owner is a fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners.
