Goodman active in Poland in Q1 2012

Goodman has closed the first quarter of 2012 with 102,266 sqm of warehouse space delivered across Poland, more than double the 47,300 sqm of space it completed in all of 2011. “The first quarter of 2012 was very successful for us. We delivered five built-to-suit projects to customers, with a record total warehouse area of over 100,000 sqm, bringing the total portfolio of properties managed by Goodman in Poland to over 245,500 sqm. This is a great result that demonstrates the growing interest in the high quality warehouses that we develop and our ability to deliver timely projects that are tailored to our customers’ specific requirements,” said Błażej Ciesielczak, Goodman’s Regional Director Poland. The project provided by the developer are mainly BTS, with TJX Europe, Metsä Tissue and Philips Lighting Poland companies signing the biggest deals of Q1 2012.
