István Kerekes was named country manager for Goodman Hungary. Kerekes will oversee Goodman’s properties in Gyál, Üllő and Kecskemet. He will also work towards strengthening the group’s portfolio in Hungary. Kerekes has extensive experience in commercial real estate and has been a member of RICS since 2011.
Goodman’s current property portfolio in Hungary covers 100,000 sqm of logistics space, with an additional 22,000 sqm under construction.
