The industrial developer Goodman has signed a 10-year lease agreement with CECZ Logistic Park Management for a 19,000 sqm logistics facility at Bremen freight village (GVZ). The property offers direct access to the A281 motorway, to the Deutsche Bahn rail freight network and the Port of Bremen. The facility is being operated by a logistics service provider specialised in e-commerce and retail logistics. CBRE acted in an advisory capacity for Goodman and CECZ Logistic Park Management was advised by Realogis.
