The industrial property company Goodman Group is developing a 31,000 sqm logistics center for its new customer Fressnapf, a European pet food supplier. The €18 million investment will be developed on a 47,000 sqm converted brownfield site in the Port of Duisburg, Europe’s largest inland port. The completion is scheduled in December 2016. The facility for Fressnapf features 31,000 sqm of storage space and has a hall height of 12.20 m that allows for the integration of high storage racks and a mezzanine of 1,800 sqm.
