Goodman is developing a new warehouse in Mönchengladbach for logistics service provider Logwin and Vetten. The property is going up on a 65,000 sqm plot in the city’s Regiopark commercial area. The scheme, worth €20m, will include 21,000 sqm of industrial space as well as 1,500 sqm of office and leisure space. Construction is scheduled for completion in June. The warehouse is expected to create at least 150 new jobs in the short-term.
