Goodman leased 75 percent of the new logistics and office space it was developing at its park in Senec prior to completion, with Quehenberger Logistics SVK taking 12,500 sqm. The logistic company had been operating on 9,000 sqm at Goodman Senec Logistics Center. Quehenberger Logistics SVK is part of Austria’s Augustin Quehenberger Group. The company has been running a tire distribution center at the Senec park since 2014. Goodman completed the new 17,000 sqm warehouse in January.
