Goodman has signed a new 10-year lease contract with Metzeler Slovakia, a branch of the German manufacturer of polyurethane foam. The producer has leased 6,000 sqm of storage space and offices in Goodman’s logistic center in Senec. Goodman closed leases for a total of 26,000 sqm this year in Senec, where it also completed a new 10,000 sqm warehouse, leasing it in part to Agility Logistics. In all, Goodman’s Senec park facility includes 136,000 sqm, and has room for further expansion. Located on the eastern edge of Bratislava, Senec is Slovakia’s largest logistics hub, with Prologis and Karimpol active there and VGP having recently bought land there.
