Goodman will develop a 22,000 sqm warehouse for Hellmann Logistics at Star Park in Halle-on-Saale. When completed, the property will be used by Hellmann for the home improvement company’s multi-channel product distribution. The facility will cover 22 loading docks for incoming freight and shipments to customers and stores. Completion is set for September 2016. Goodman secured logistics development options for more than 36,000 sqm at this location.
