Goodman has started construction on a new regional headquarters for Kühne + Nagel, the global transportation and logistic company based in Switzerland. Goodman will develop the logistics complex on a 7 ha plot located in the freight service center Güterverkehrszentrum in Großbeeren near Berlin. When complete, the facility will offer 14,000 sqm logistics space with an option for expansion. The cost of construction was not disclosed. Kühne + Nagel is planning to move to its new headquarters by the end of 2016.
