Drinks wholesaler and logistics service provider Getränke Essmann KG is expanding its presence in eastern Germany by setting up operations southeast of Berlin in the village Ost Freienbrink. The company has engaged Goodman to develop a specialized 17,635 sqm facility for carrying out drinks logistics, including more than 1000 sqm of office space, a 488 sqm mezzanine and 2,167 sqm of covered outdoor space. An 18,000 sqm area also will be set aside for empty bottles on the 66,631 sqm plot. The construction is set to begin in August, with completion scheduled for March 2019.
