Goodman is planning to expand its logistics space in Grossbeeren near Berlin. The property group intends to add around 13,500 sqm to the area in a second facility. Completion is scheduled for March. “The Region of Berlin-Brandenburg is one of the most attractive and dynamic logistic locations in Germany. The freight village in Grossbeeren in particular, has excellent connections to trans-European transport networks and to the domestic market in Berlin,” said Christof Prange, head of business development at Goodman in Germany.
