Google Campus Warsaw has launched its operations in the Centrum Praskie Koneser project this week. Google took 1,600 sqm of space at the complex earlier this year for its start-up incubator as a part of an innovation initiative for the CEE region. Following openings in London, Tel Aviv and Seoul, Google will also be opening campuses in Madrid and Sao Paulo. “It’s one of the activities to be implemented under our innovation and enterprise support program aimed at both Poland and the entire CEE region,” said Piotr Zalewski of Google Polska
Led by a JV between the local developer BBI Development and Liebrecht & wooD group, Centrum Praskie Koneser mixed-use project is a revitalization of an old Wytwórnia Wódek complex. Once delivered, the investment will add 25,500 sqm of offices, 20,000 sqm of retail together with 330 loft and softloft style apartments.
