Google has leased an entire floor at the Unirii View office building in Bucharest, where it will open a research center and hire 50 people, according to local news reports. The floor offers more than 1,000 sqm of space. The building was developed and completed at the end of 2018 by Belgian entrepreneur Yves Weerts, in collaboration with Speedwell. The investment is valued at €33m. Unirii View has a total leasable area of approximately 17,300 sqm.
