Government Control Office sues three private pension funds

The Government Control Office (KEHI) is taking three private pension funds to court for misuse of their operational expanses. Only the five biggest funds were examined by the Control Office, Aegon, Allianz, AXA, Erste and ING. Among them in the cases of AXA, Erste and Aegon, KEHI has found some irregularities. In the course of the investigations, the office is searching for the perpetrators of eight cases of missapropriation of funds, and one case of suspected embezellment.
