The government would support co-operative societies and would establish employment co-operatives. A new bill was introduced by Tibor Navracsics Minister of Public Administration and Justice. In the government’s point of view there are 293 registered co-op associations but they can not fulfill their original role: the system is disintegrated and the co-ops can not egg disadvanteged employees to find a job.
The social co-ops aims are to create workplaces for these people and to help them in other ways. The government says that these days there is a huge need for organizations which care about things other than profiteering. Self-governments could be part of the social co-ops according to the new law.
