Graham Reece has been named non-executive director of special projects at SpaceFactory Holding. He will be responsible for recognizing and defining clients’ needs as well as building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers and partners. His tasks will include analyzing market trends, identifying new opportunities for the holding companies and providing internal and external consultancy. Reece has many years of international experience in the real estate industry, which he gained working at companies like ProLogis, Parkridge and Davis Langdon. He has spent most of his career realizing commercial real estate projects in Europe and Africa.
